Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the Name of Jesus praising You as the Creator of all that exists, of the past, the present and all that is to come. We are astonished by the stars, our galaxy, the Universe, the planets, the seas, oceans, lakes, majestic mountain ranges, canyons, mankind, creatures, sunsets and sunrises. We praise You for the gift of life and all the blessings you bestow upon your Creation. We are humbled by Your love for us, Your perfect plan for each life and Your faithfulness to Your Word and Your promises.

We are gathering this Friday to honor You, to learn more of You and to be a testimony to You and your love and mercy in our lives. We ask that you would have the women present that You have called to gather. We ask for Your anointing on the presenters. We ask for traveling mercies. We want to learn more about our gifts and how to give them to others in a way that honors You and advances Your Kingdom. We want to understand better how we can be Your Hands extended to the world to bring life in all its fullness to the poor and marginalized women and children of the world. We want to bow before You in earnest prayer on behalf of the Make It Right, Sheryl WuDunn Event. Show us how to pray so that we are tapping into Your Throne Room and bringing to South Puget Sound all that You want us to bring through this event. We want to cause You to dance over us with joy because we have gathered.

We love You, Jesus and we ask these things in Your Name. Amen

Ladies,

What an amazing day! I cannot tell each of you who attended how much I enjoyed spending the day together getting to know you a little more, looking at our primary and secondary roles, understanding how we are the Hands of Christ and enjoying delicious food and a beautiful venue! This will be an annual retreat! Let’s plan our next one together!
